We're focusing on building the next generation of machinists by encouraging and training young adults in the manufacturing field. Our vision is to team up with other machine shops, local high schools, trade schools, and colleges, as well as detention centers, to work with the community with their prison re-entry programs to create awareness and team building in order to get young adults interested in the manufacturing field. We hope to team up and build manufacturing facilities throughout our communities.
